Dear colleagues,

In order to achieve a quality cooperation on mutual satisfaction, we would like to introduce you to certain rules and procedures that apply at the Banja Luka International Airport, and are closely related to your business.

If officially, as the media you wish to visit Banja Luka Airport to create an audio-video recording, it is necessary to know that for each arrival of media representatives is required to send a timely announcement of your arrival by a memo (the request) which must contain the following information:

• the name of media company from which you are coming
• reason, location and estimated time of recording (date and hour)
• name, surname and ID number of all team members
• Editorial office contact phone number and email address

The request prepared following these instructions must be sent at least 48h in advance to:
