If you have provided the desired service at the selected airline, upon arrival at our airport, contact the employee at the check-in counter for the flight of the selected airline or at the counter of the Information Service. Our staff will escort you to the check-in counter before boarding the plane, wait for you when you get off the plane and help you complete all the procedures.
The transport of battery-powered wheelchairs is possible with the permission of the airline, and depending on the type of battery and according to the rules on the transport of hazardous materials in aviation, regarding which you will be informed by the selected airline.
Most airline companies enable travelling of unaccompanied minors (UM for short). Age limitations differ depending on the airline company and the fact whether the flight is national or international. Transportation of pets
If you are travelling with your pet, you need to notify your airline company when booking your flight. Depending on the weight and size of the animal and rules of the airline company, pets may be transported in the cabin or luggage area placed in the appropriate carrier or cage. Special rules of transportation apply for assistance dogs that accompany disabled persons. Please contact your airline company for more details.
